Acceptable stay, disappointing service.
billing error unfriendly staff
The location was amazing, close to many attractions.
The staff at check-in seemed unfriendly. We visited the rooftop restaurant one evening, and a billing error occurred. We were charged for drinks we didn't order. The situation was not handled well, and the staff did not seem to care about the inconvenience caused.

The location was central. High-end stores and restaurants surround the hotel. The rooftop had a great view. I enjoyed tapas there.
The shower stall was tiny. I had to step carefully to avoid bumping into the door. It felt cramped.

The avenue is popular and picturesque. It's in the heart of the city. Gaudí's major works were within walking distance. Many shops are also in the immediate area. The hotel is near two metro lines.

i am grateful with the hotel's central location. i found the staff friendly and helpful during the entire stay. the rooftop bar provided beautiful views. the room was clean daily.
i notice some street noise at night, so i used earplugs for sleeping.
